With our success during the 2024 season Lenz Construction is in the process of growing our Sales and Marketing team. We are looking to add 4 highly motived and competitive marketing professionals to our team that will help us maintain our aggressive growth projection.

In total, our marketing investment will surpass $500,000+ in 2025 to support our Marketing & Sales Teams lead generation efforts.

DOOR TO DOOR SALES
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
All new reps start with an in office training program that teaches our proven door to door lead generation script, video demonstrations, 1-on-1 meetings, and in-field training.
All new reps are also trained on 25+ objection overcomes with proven counters and demonstrated delivery.

PERFORMANCE
BASED COMPENSATION
Our Marketing Reps operate on an hourly plus bonus pay model that enables top reps to earn up to and over six figures, maintain a consistent income, and do it all within a 7 month sales season.
During the interview we will outline our team’s minimum earning and a reps path to $3,500+ per week.
