WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 15-20 Minute Inspection of the Exterior

  • If Damage is present and it makes sense a quick 5-10 minute call with your insurance carrier to notify them of the damages

  • An adjuster meeting will be set, we will attend to ensure everything is documented by the carrier

  • Your insurance carrier will create an estimate, scope of repairs and cut you a check to get the project started.

  • Pick out products for the apppoved scope of work and complete the project.

  • We will help reconcile the scope and the cost to ensure we restore your property with the same quality of materials, while following manufactures guidelines for install and local building codes.

  • Our project manager will start out walking around your home and document damage on your siding, windows, downspouts, and other soft metals.

    Next they’ll hop onto your roof and document any damage on shingles, valley metals, or roof accessories. From there they’ll show you everything they found.

  • Yes, please be home during your scheduled inspection time so that we can present any damage we found and discuss the state of your home.

  • The inspection is a complimentary that Lenz Construction offers to Minneapolis Metro Area homeowners.

  • We only make money if we do any needed repair work on your home. If no damage is present your Project Manager will leave your home with a clean bill of health and a business card for any future concerns.

  • We have a history of success with all roofing materials including asphalt shingles, wood shake & shingles, slate, Spanish tile, and synthetic roofs.

  • Yes, most products we install come with a manufacturer warranty with 15+ year product warranty. In addition to the manufacturer warranty Lenz Construction also offers a 2 year Craftsmanship warranty.

  • The inspection will take 15-20 Minutes to complete.

    If we come to an agreement to do an exterior project most are started within 30 days of agreement and most projects take 1-2 days to complete.
