With our success during the 2024 season Lenz Construction is in the process of growing our Sales team. We are looking to add 4 highly motived and competitive sales professionals to our team that will help us maintain our aggressive growth projection.

All new reps start with a 1 week in office training program that combines, our 270 page master guide, video series, 1-on-1 meetings, and in-field training program.
All new reps are also provided a Sr. Rep with proven success and industry experience to assist through their first 3 Months.

As a sales focused organization our Sales Reps also benefit from our in-house Estimating, Production, and Marketing departments’ support.
