We’ll provide a professional pre-listing/pre-purchase inspection to ensure you and your clients home exterior is damage free.
If no damage is present we will give you a professional inspection report to provide your client, if we do find damage we will provide expedited repair and replacement work to ensure we don’t slow down your deals.

You’ll get time slots and availability that is not available to the public and the ability to book an inspection online in less than 2 minutes.

EXTERIOR CERTIFICATION
Once we complete our inspection and do any needed repairs or projects on the property we will give the home our Lenz Construction Citification so that you and your clients can move forward with confidence.
The exterior certification will state that the roof, siding, windows, and gutters are in good condition and ready for selling.
